How old do I have to be to participate?
For the senior program, you must be 50 plus or the spouse of someone who is.
Are you handicap accessible?
Ladore’s Main Lodge has four handicap accessible rooms. They feature two twin beds, wall to wall carpeting, individual control of the heat and AC, a private bath that offers a raised toilet seat, roll in shower and grab bars. Make sure to indicate your need when making your reservation.
Will my room be on the first floor?
When you call for a reservation, you can designate that you would like to have your room on the first floor. These are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Be aware that there is an elevator for the convenience of second-floor guests.
Can I choose my roommate?
Ladore does not assign roommates. It is your responsibility to find your own roommate.
Do I get my own room?
If you would like your own room, you can request a private room at a higher cost.
Do I need to bring sheets, blankets & pillows?
These are all supplied when you stay in the Main Lodge or the Annex buildings.
What if I forget something?
Check at the front desk, they have a supply of personal items. Some hygiene and pharmacy products are available in the gift shop also.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
We do! You can pick up the password at the front desk.
When do I need to pay my deposit?
At least 60 days in advance is greatly appreciated and your stay is not confirmed until a deposit is received.
What happens to my deposit if I need to cancel?
If you have to cancel, we are unable to offer a refund but will carry your deposit for one year. If it is not used the following year it is forfeited.
What time are meals?
Breakfast is 8 am, Lunch is 12 noon & Dinner begins between 5 and 5:30 pm depending on the night.
What do I need to bring?
Your personal belongings and toiletries, your medication (hand in your medical info form), a bathing suit (if you are using the pool), a jacket or warm sweater, an item for the auction (either new or gently used), money for anything you may want to purchase in the gift shop or at the auction. We also encourage everyone to bring clothing/accessories that relates to the theme.
