PRE-REGISTRATION required by calling the Lodge (570) 488-6129. Monthly fee $40 - four sessions. Single sessions are not available.
Instruction emphasis is for physical well-being, to encourage independent FUNctioning, mobility, and balance.
In the event of inclement weather, class will be held on Thursday.
