How soon do I need to book?

We suggest that book as far in advance as possible.  Some dates go very quickly and many groups return every year.  Call Barb at (570) 488-6129 ext.156 to discuss available dates, and what your space requirement are.

Does my party need to be signed up prior to booking?

Yes, this way we know if we have enough rooms to accommodate them.  If once you’ve booked you find that others want to join you, just give us a call to determine if we have are additional rooms available.

What if I’ve booked an event at one number, but more people want to sign up? 

Call us to determine if additional rooms are available.  We need to have a final count 2 weeks before your event so our kitchen has adequate time to order food, and housekeeping has everything ready for your arrival.

Do we need to bring linens? 

If you are in the Main Lodge, the Annexes or Harvey Lane Cottages you do not need to bring bedding.  If you are in the Villages you will need to bring bedding unless you have made prior arrangements.

Do you supply cots?   

We do have cots.  We need to know how many you require and what rooms you need them in.

Do you have mini refrigerators? 

We only have a limited number so you should discuss the number and locations needed.  We do maintain a small refrigerator in our game room for those who must refrigerate medications.

Do you have daily maid service?

We don’t. Your room will have been cleaned and stocked prior to your arrival.  If you need additional supplies, please request these at our front desk.  We do change towels mid-week for groups staying for a week.

They were out of King rooms when I called but I would prefer a king bed.  What can be done?

Let us know before you arrive and we’ll be happy to make the twin beds into a king.  There is an additional charge of $5.00 for this service.
